I’ve always loved discovering new music, food, and products that have an organic/handmade/craft/independent artist feel to them. In the occasional “Piper’s Pick” post, I’ll write about just this – something new I’m enjoying and think that you’ll enjoy too.
First-up is the music of Break the Butterfly, an alternative rock band from Scotland. I just happened to come across these guys when I followed one of the members of the Red Hot Chilli Pipers (another great band) on Twitter.
What I like most about these guys (besides the bagpipes), is that when you listen to them, you instantly recognize their Scottish roots thanks to their accents.
I wish this up and coming band from Scotland all the best and hope to see them in concert someday.
