On Friday, I had the pleasure of playing for a gentleman’s retirement from the University of Waterloo’s School of Planning.
It was a chilly but sunny day. For this surprise gig, I piped a small group from the Environment building to the Grad House for a wee party.
After a break for some refreshments, I played another set inside prior to the formal remarks. It also happened to be the retiree’s birthday that day, so I managed to work “Happy Birthday” into the set.
