Since Canada Day is tomorrow, I thought I’d get a bit patriotic with this week’s #TuneTuesday. Cue the moose, Mounties, maple syrup, and everything else Canadiana!
“O Canada” doesn’t really sound right played on the bagpipes. Instead, the next best patriotic tune is “The Maple Leaf Forever” by Alexander Muir. Interestingly, “The Maple Leaf Forever” predates our national anthem by 13 years and our country’s iconic red and white maple leaf flag by 98 years.
