#TuneTuesday | Scots Wha Hae

Image of Wallace Monument and surrounding landscape

For January’s series of #TuneTuesday posts, we’re going to continue with the theme of Robbie Burns-inspired bagpipe tunes. If you were to learn how to play the bagpipes, especially if you were to use the “Green Book,” this is the first tune you would learn to play.

For many years “Scots Wha Hae” was considered the unofficial national anthem for Scotland so it’s quite fitting that it’s the first tune to learn on Scotland’s national instrument.

Enjoy and stay “tuned” for next week’s Robbie Burns edition of #TuneTuesday!
